A beach on Havelock needs very little help to look extraordinary. That makes it a forgiving place to celebrate: the setting is already the centrepiece, so the planning can stay focused on the people, the food and the timing rather than on building a spectacle.
We host small, intimate occasions — proposals for two, vow renewals, intimate ceremonies and family celebrations. The island suits gatherings on this scale far better than large events, and a small group is also far easier to bring across by ferry and accommodate comfortably.

Beachfront Ceremonies
Say yes with the sea behind you, on the sand or under the palms. We keep the setup restrained — an arch, some seating, flowers and fabric that move in the breeze — because the shoreline and the light are already doing the work.
Timing matters more than decoration here. Late afternoon into golden hour gives you soft light for the ceremony and the photographs, and cooler air for everyone standing in it.
Private Proposals
A quiet corner of the beach at golden hour, arranged with as much or as little as you want — and kept entirely secret from the person it is for. We have done everything from a single table and a bottle to nothing at all beyond making sure the spot stays empty.
Tell us the plan discreetly ahead of arrival and we will handle the logistics on the day so you only have to worry about the words.
Celebration Dining
Gather afterwards for a relaxed island meal with your group, set up beside the water. Fresh seafood, generous vegetarian dishes and a long table work better here than anything formal.
Menus are planned with you in advance, with dietary needs across the group taken into account before anyone arrives.
Staying With Us
Most celebrations here run over several days rather than a single event — guests arrive by ferry, settle in, and the occasion sits in the middle of a proper island holiday for everyone.
We will help coordinate rooms for your group, arrival timings and anything your guests want to do on the island either side of the day itself.
